Step 1: Replace the white filter.
Step 2: Choose your treatment head - small or large.
Step 3: Pick the intensity from low, medium or high.
Step 4: Lay flat against the skin and pass in even strokes.
Step 5: Treat no more than 2-3 times per area.
Step 6: Store after cleaning.

Care and maintenance:
Wash and dry the micro crystal filters to maximise their usage.
