How to use
Step 1: Shake the bottle well before use.
Step 2: Use the lid to measure the correct amount of mouthwash - 10ml.
Step 3: Pour into mouth and gargle for 30 seconds. Spit out. Repeat twice daily.
Be careful not to swallow the liquid.
