WHAT IS PERCUSSIVE THERAPY?

Theragun Percussive Therapy is massage reinvented®. As well as this, Theragun Elite has a specialist tool box with various attachments and the option to customise its speed. Ideal for using on different areas of the body, each attachment head is made from non-porous closed-cell foam meaning it doesn’t absorb sweat, oil or creams. Switching between the attachments is also really easy thanks to the patented attachment mechanism. The Theragun Elite includes Dampener (for tender or bony areas), Standard Ball (for large and small muscle groups), Thumb (for trigger points and the lower back), Cone (for pinpoint muscle treatment) and Wedge (for massaging shoulder blades).

2400 percussions per minute allow the device to override any pain signals in your brain - making it more effective and comfortable than traditional muscle therapy.
